The R Factor Public Workshop is a high-impact, interactive learning experience for individuals and small groups. Led by Senior Consultant Derek Avera, participants will learn the R Factor, how to apply E+R=O, and the six disciplines.
What is the R Factor?
The quality of your thinking, decision-making, and execution is dependent upon your behavior skills. The key to producing exceptional performance is not the events or circumstances you encounter, but how you choose to respond—how you manage your R Factor.
This equation applies to every aspect or your life. You choose what actions you will take (or not take) in pursuit of your goals. You choose whether to give up or persevere through the inevitable obstacles you will experience. You choose how to interact with people at work and family at home. Every day you make decisions about how to respond—personally and professionally.
There are six R Factor disciplines that help you apply E+R=O:

4. Adjust & Adapt (for flexibility)
5. Make a Difference (for impact)

What can I expect at the workshop?
When you arrive at the workshop, you’ll be greeted by a representative from Focus 3. Complimentary light breakfast, coffee, and water will be provided as you head into the workshop. You’ll receive a workbook and meet the speaker along with other participants. At 8:00am we’ll begin the workshop with introductions so everyone can get to know each other. Lunch will be provided.
