A One-Day Training to Transform How You Lead, Respond, and Perform

The R Factor Public Workshop is a high-impact, interactive learning experience for individuals and small groups who want to strengthen the mindset and behavior skills that drive performance. Led by Focus 3 Consultants, participants will learn The R Factor, apply E+R=O, and develop the six disciplines to lead themselves and others with greater clarity, discipline, and intention.
